Do you agree that the current level of e-bike parking problems will be addressed by the creation of a dense network of dedicated shared e-bike parking bays? Please give your reasons.

Several boroughs have agreements with rental e-bike providers which include: a) mandatory parking agreements (where bikes must be left in designated bays); b) preferred parking agreements (where riders are incentivised but not required to leave bikes in designated bays); and c) free floating (where bikes can be left anywhere provided, they do not cause an obstruction). What view, if any, does TfL have regarding what type of parking solution is required in London at the moment, and whether that solution changes depending on what area of London is being discussed?

Can you provide further details on what the more integrated customer offering looks like, and what progress is being made?
