Police Community Support Officers are entitled to free bus travel throughout Greater London however, some Officers are being forced to pay a full-fare because Transport for London ticket inspectors don’t always accept the Police Community Support Officer identification card as a valid identification. What is Transport for London doing to ensure that all ticket inspectors are aware what documentation Police Community Support Officers can use to redeem free bus travel?
