The pedestrian underpasses at Apex Corner and Courtland Avenue on the A1, and Greyhound Hill on the A41 seem to continually suffer flooding in any kind of rain. What action is TfL taking to keep these underpasses dry? The recent heavy rains in September left pedestrians unable to use the crossings, leaving them to cross dangerous and fast-moving A roads.
