We very much welcome the fact that we are finally going to get sight of this document on Tuesday. One of my major concerns in all this debacle has been for the boroughs. We will be getting it on Tuesday, but the Assembly have already told you that we will not be able to formulate a response before the summer. We will be reading it in the summer, and we need to arrange a new timetable and new witnesses. There will be considerable delay in the Assembly's response: we have been dropped in it today, and we need to take at least a week to get our timetable together. I am talking about the consultations and the implementation of the strategy, and the fact that you have delayed it four times. What negotiations have you had with the ALG about that?
