I understand yesterday you were quoted as saying that traffic on the North Circular Road appeared to be up to 5% up last week. Will you now admit that your proposed schemes for Henlys Corner and for Bounds Green have to be looked at once again in the light of congestion charging and in the light of this increased traffic on the North Circular?

Thank you very much, Chair, and also to my colleague, Roger Evans, for allowing the swap of the question order. I have some sympathy, surprisingly, with Sutton Council who obviously will be concerned by a process where they have not delivered on other projects for which they have applied for money from TfL because there has been very strong pressure from residents suggesting that the proposals are not appropriate. We have another example here of a proposal from Sutton Council which has created a lot of concern about how well TfL's money is being spent by Sutton Council. There is...
