Seb, does it worry you, as I am sure it should, that we keep reading things in the press about divers having to go to Sheffield and cyclists having to drive round the M25 in rush hour during the week in order to be able to train? The second question is to Manny Lewis. As you know, the Eastway cyclists vacated their site at Eastway after 32 years on the promise that they were going to be given replacement facilities. Now I know you sent out a press release about the cute little newts the other day, but the fact is that you knew about the newts in November 2006 because you were told about them by London Borough of Redbridge, and it seems to me that you have just been dragging your feet. Alright, are you aware that the River Lee has been tested for radioactivity and in fact I have a Capita Symonds document here which says, `That the levels were slightly higher than expected, not high enough to cause great concern,' and identifies, `Elevated levels of radioactivity above levels considered to be natural background level for the area'.
