A number of constituents at Sutton’s Wharf South estate in Tower Hamlets have contacted me about the appalling condition of their estate and apparent mismanagement by The Riverside Group housing association (formerly One Housing). Your latest delegated approvals log shows Riverside and One Housing to have been in receipt of £121 million from the GLA since 1 April 2023. How will you be holding your investment partner to account over their continued poor management of Sutton’s Wharf Estate?

Constituents have reported to me that they saw armed members of the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) at the Stop Trump Coalition march on 17 September 2025.
