In your manifesto, you committed to “back renters to defend their rights, with advice and guidance, including funding for groups such as renters’ unions.” During the May MQT meeting (2025/1723), you said you had invested over £11 million in services and organisations supporting Londoners to this end. But, since our conversation, you confirmed that none of this funding has gone to unions. When do you intend to start funding renters’ unions, and which unions will you fund?
