I understand that the London Fire Brigade (LFB) has authoritatively declared the current design for the redevelopment of Edgware Bus Garage as "not viable." However, the design was still presented to the public and Barnet Council. Could you please clarify why a design that was not considered viable by the LFB is still under consideration by TfL?
