Thank you for your answer to my question 2024/0399. I’ve been told Disabled Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) officers have said the engagement process during the CONNECT implementation did not go far enough, and that they were worried about being penalised for poor performance, or managed out of their roles due to the lack of accessibility aids for CONNECT. Do you agree that involving Disabled officers and staff at the start of any project that would affect them is the best thing to do and will you encourage the MPS to make more use of co-production models when dealing with equality...
