FOI - Compliance & Enforcement (ICE) teams and rough sleepers

I am writing to make an open government request for all the information to which I am entitled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. 

This request relates to the relationship between the GLA, Home Office Immigration, Compliance & Enforcement (ICE) teams and rough sleepers in the capital, in particular those from the European Economic Area (EEA). 

The list of documents/data I would like to access is as follows for the period starting 1st April 2015 and ending 31st March 2017:

1. Information Sharing Protocol with the Home Office, and ICE teams in particular. 
2. Template data form sent to the Home Office about non-UK rough sleepers on a monthly basis, referred to as  ‘mapped data’ in GLA documents. 
3. Copies of data forms/reports about non-UK rough sleepers sent to the Home Office since April 2015. 
4. Contract specification for London Street Rescue.
5. Greater London CHAIN Report (yearly report for 2011-12, 2012-13, 2013-14, 2014-15; quarterly report for 2015-16, 2016-17) outlining: 

• total number of EEA rough sleepers, 
• number of EEA rough sleepers accessing NSNO hubs 
• type and numbers of Single Service Offer (SSO) made to EEA rough sleepers at NSNO hubs
• outcomes (for all EEA rough sleepers): e.g. supported into accommodation, supported into employment, reconnection, enforced removal, unknown, etc… 

Please note that if documents have changed throughout the period, I would like to access all versions covering the period requested. 

I would like the information specified to be provided to me as electronic copies. 

If this request is too wide or unclear, I would be grateful if you could contact me as I understand that under the Act, you are required to advise and assist requesters. If any of this information is already in the public domain, please can you direct me to it, with page references and URLs if necessary.

If the release of any of this information is prohibited on the grounds of breach of confidence, I ask that you supply me with copies of the confidentiality agreement and remind you that information should not be treated as confidential if such an agreement has not been signed.

I understand that you are required to respond to my request within the 20 working days after you receive this letter. I would be grateful if you could confirm in writing that you have received this request.
