Environment Committee – site visit

As part of its investigation into the Green Transition, Members of the Environment Committee will hold a roundtable meeting at Silo in Hackney – the world’s first zero-waste restaurant.

Crime in the capital

Reducing and preventing violence is a stated priority of the Mayor. This includes a focus on:

  • Preventing and reducing violence affecting young people
  • Making London a city in which women and girls are safer and feel safer
  • Reducing reoffending by the most violent and high-risk groups
  • Preventing hate crime

At an all-Assembly meeting, London Assembly Members will discuss the delivery of the Mayor’s key policing and crime priorities. The guests are:
