FOI - East Marsh Correspondence

Please supply copies of correspondence/documents between the Mayor of London/GLA and the London Borough of Hackney regarding the ending of the leases for East Marsh, when and how this would happen. Please provide copies of correspondence and other relevant documents concerning the relationship between the leases and the Olympics Act and whether the Olympics Act remains in force until such time as the leases are ended, particularly in light of the fact that the Olympics Act did not cover leased land as opposed to purchased land. Please provide copies of correspondence and other documentation between the Mayor of London/GLA and the London Borough of Hackney regarding the obligations of the GLA, as leaseholder, to ensure that East Marsh was properly restored to its previous condition and its role regarding changes which were made to the Marsh, such as the creation of a raised terrace, a car park and a ramp and bridge, as part of that restoration. Please provide copies of correspondence and other relevant documents to show what protection was provided for the common land status of East Marsh in the discussions with Hackney and other parties concerning the restoration of East Marsh.
