FOI - Proposed development of Norton Folgate

Please provide records of all discussions (including telephone and email) by the Mayor, the Deputy Mayor for Policy & Planning, the Deputy Mayor for Housing, Land & Property, the Assistant Director, Strategic Projects & Property or the Planning Decisions Unit of the GLA with British Land or their agents, legal advisers or consultants which refer to the proposed development of Norton Folgate (Blossom Street, Elder Street & Folgate Street) since May 2012. • Confirmation on whether the Deputy Mayor for Policy & Planning has been involved in any such discussions since the rejection decision by LBTH and if so provide details. • Details of any meetings involving the Mayor, Deputy Mayor or PDU and British Land concerning Norton Folgate, please provide: (a) the dates, times and locations of these meetings; (b) which of these meetings with the Mayor or Deputy Mayor were in the presence of GLA officers; (c) notes of these meetings and confirmation as to whether these notes were placed on the GLA website; (d) details of whether any indication of opinion given or view expressed with respect to whether the Mayor might exercise his powers to become the local planning authority for the application.
