Dear Sir, I would be grateful if you could please provide the following information under FoI:



1. Any information, research or correspondence on the real world emissions of diesel vehicles broken down by type, at any time in the last 10 years



2. Any information, research or correspondence on the number of Black Cab journeys which only carry one passenger



3. Any information, research or correspondence about the NOx and Particulate Matter pollution per passenger kilometre emitted by diesel vehicles, broken down by type



4. Any information, research or correspondence about how optimal electric vehicle charging locations are determined across London



5. Any information, research or correspondence about the procurement of electric vehicle charging points; whether these charging points are dependent on cable internet connections; whether the location of such charging points are dependent on BT Openreach; whether charging points which are wirelessly connected were investigated and why they weren't purchased



6. Design specification required by TFL relating to (i) existing (ii) ordered, buses covering the percentage of time hybrid buses are forecast to be run in zero emissions mode; comparison of how often hybrid buses run in zero emissions mode in real life versus design specification



7. Design of new Black Cabs from 2018 specifying what percentage of time or distance they are required to run in zero emissions mode; pollution limits for new Black Cabs when not running in zero emissions mode
