Under these circumstances we would be very grateful if you could make available to us an unreacted version of the FVS used by the developers when the then Mayor of London was the planning authority. In addition we would like to see any updates, revisions or addenda which may have been done whilst Convoys was being overseen by the then Mayor’s Office. 

Although, as you point out below, the current Mayor is not in a position to revise outline planning permission on the site, it may be that under his new rules for transparency in FVSs we can see what viability information contributed to the development as permitted, the financial model, percentages etc. The new rules could make it possible for the old FVS to be released to us.
