You asked TFL to advertise the Christchurch Road site as being suitable for a 100% community led affordable homes project as part of the Small sites - Small Builders program in February 2018.

Bidders were made to believe that the plot of land could accommodate 22 units.

  1. Why did the bid information say the Christchurch Road site was suitable for 22 units?
  2. How did the GLA arrive at this conclusion?
  3. Why is the GLA now telling London CLT that it is only suitable for 12-15 units?
  4. What has changed since that original conclusion was made?
  5. Please could you also let me have any documentation, meeting minutes, videos or any paperwork relating to the change in the recommendation for the site
