Our response

The GLA does not provide funding for the Open Iftar on Trafalgar Square, which is managed by The Ramadan Tent Project. Costs incurred by the GLA for cleansing, waste and engineering are recharged to the event owner. Security and event infrastructure costs are also covered by the event owner.
