I hope this finds you well and am writing to enquire as to which production companies The Mayor of London's office has contracted to deliver the following events on Trafalgar Square in 2026:-
- St Patrick's Day Festival
- Vaisakhi on the Square
- St George's Day
- Eid on the Square
Our response
The Mayor of London’s events on Trafalgar Square are produced by selected companies on Lot 1 of the events procurement framework as outlined in this previous FOI response: FOI - Approved production companies for GLA events [Nov 2023] | London City Hall
The GLA is engaging LS Events Ltd to deliver the St Patrick’s Day Festival in 2026, as an extension year pre-determined in their original contract.
Vaisakhi on the Square, St George’s Festival and Eid on the Square are all currently not under contract. The procurement for those events is imminent and will be available as an opportunity for those companies on Lot 1 as outlined above.
