FOI - High Streets for All Challenge funding [Jun 2026]

My FOI request relates to the Mayor of London / GLA High Streets for All Challenge funding awarded for the Fore Street, Edmonton project, listed publicly as a £200,000 revenue award with REACT (Residents of Edmonton Angel Community Together) as lead organisation. I would be grateful if you could provide the following:

1. The grant agreement, funding agreement, award letter or equivalent document setting out what the £200,000 was awarded for, the expected outputs, the approved budget headings or spending categories, and any conditions attached to the award.
2. A table showing all payments made by the GLA in relation to this award, including date, amount paid, recipient organisation, and purpose of each payment. Please include whether each payment was made directly to REACT, to Enfield Council, or to any other accountable or delivery body.
3. Copies of monitoring information held by the GLA for this award, including progress reports, expenditure reports, claims submitted for payment, and any final report, evaluation or project closure report, if held
