I am writing to submit a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
I am referring to the reference code MGLA210823-4628 found on your website regarding brand guidelines.
Could you please release the latest versions of the GLA brand guidelines that have been updated onwards from February 2022 to the present day?
Additionally, please could you clarify if the latest version of these guidelines includes the Coat of Arms of the former Greater London Council, which is now part of the GLA?

Please find attached a copy of the latest working draft of the brand guidelines which have not been published.
The draft document does not include the Coat of Arms of the former Greater London Council, which transferred to the GLA recently in November. The GLA decision document related to this can be found at MD3319 Coat of Arms for the GLA | London City Hall
This is an internal guidance document for GLA staff and contractors. We have redacted some of the content because it identifies people. This includes names, direct email addresses, photographs.
This information is exempt from disclosure under s.40 (Personal information) of the Freedom of Information Act. This information would identify specific employees and individuals as such constitutes personal data which is defined by Article 4(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable living individual. It is considered that disclosure of this information would contravene the first data protection principle under Article 5(1) of GDPR which states that Personal data must be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject.
