The total number of Volunteers selected for the Summer Programme.

483 volunteers were selected for the 2023 Summer Ambassador Programme.

A breakdown of completely new volunteers, their ages, disabilities and ethnic
background, to include and cover diversity, inclusiveness and country of origin.

This information is exempt from disclosure. This information could potentially identify 
specific volunteers and as such constitutes personal data which is defined by Article 4(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable living individual. It is considered that disclosure of this information would contravene the first data protection principle under Article 5(1) of GDPR which states that personal data must be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject. 

A breakdown of returning volunteers, how many years they have volunteered, what 
major events they have been selected for on a regular basis without rejection.

As above, this information is exempt from disclosure. Due to the low numbers involved, it would be possible to identify specific individuals and as such constitutes personal data, as defined by Article 4(1) of the GDPR.

How many volunteers have been continuously been selected to participate in the 
summer programme?

Data is only available from 2019 onwards. No Summer Programme was run in 2020. Previous years data shows those participated but not selected.

There are 127 volunteers who participated in the 2019, 2021 and 2022 Ambassador Summer Programme and who are selected for the 2023 programme. 

How many ambassadors have been offered multiple roles, that is, 2 or 3, taking away the opportunities for more volunteers to be offered places?

Communications were sent in error to some volunteers saying they had been selected for multiple roles on the 2023 Summer Ambassador Programme. This was corrected - no volunteers have been offered more than one role for the 2023 Summer Ambassador Programme.

Most importantly the printed criteria which was used in the Ambassador selection 
process for the Summer Programme.
