I would like to request copies of all correspondence between 1 January 2021 and 25 September 2025, between any representative from Land Improvement Holdings and/or Nexus Planning (the landowner and agent); and the Mayor of London and any of his officers (past or present).

The request should cover all correspondence relating to the above site (including, but not limited to, correspondence relating to GLA pre-applications); and/or any general correspondence relating to the exercising of any of the Mayor’s powers under the Town and Country Planning (Mayor of London) Order 2008 (as amended). This should include emails, any other written correspondence and transcripts of phone calls. The information should be provided in PDF format where possible.

I would also like to request copies of any meeting minutes/notes or briefing documents that relate to the above site, prepared by the Mayor of London or any of his officers between 1 January 2021 and 25 September 2025.
