Summary of request
Your request
Please may I see the agreement by which the GLA handed over the Doggett Lane Footbridge to Barratt on 1st April 2014? I would also request any documentation relating to the demolition and potential rebuilding of the bridge, and any conditions attached to this by Network Rail.
Further context
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Greater London Authority's handling of my FOI request 'Conditions attached to demolition of the Doggett Lane Footbridge, SE6'.
This is an enquiry about the disposal of GLA-owned infrastructure. A previous EIR/FOI request to Network Rail has produced the following email from the GLA in 2014. It is inconceivable that the GLA would hold no information about this case. Please review it for me:

Subject: RE: MGLA140514-6138 Confirmation of maintenance of footbridge in Catford, London over Network Rail land.
Dear -
Thank you for your enquiry which has been passed on to me to respond. The GLA owns the disused footbridge that is across the railway track from the GLA owned ExCatford Dog Stadium Site. However from the 1st April 2014 the site and Footbridge was handed over to Barratt under a Development Agreement for housing. As part of the development scheme Barratt will be demolishing the disused footbridge and possibly building a new footbridge subject to Network rail approval.
Our response
Thank you for your further email. The additional context of Catford Greyhound stadium has been useful. We have located a copy of the agreement in respect of the stadium.
The stage 1 planning report is published on our Planning Decisions database which does refer to the footbridge: Have Your Say Today - Catford Greyhound Stadium Planning Application (london.gov.uk)
Reference to the footbridge can also be found within the Invitation to Tender.
