Is shared ownership a good way to own a home in London?

On Monday, the London Assembly Housing Committee will hold an open mic meeting on shared ownership and the issues surrounding it, like service charges and affordability, information when purchasing and experiences with selling on.

Assembly Members will hear first-hand from Londoners who are shared owners about their experiences with the model and with housing associations as landlords.

The meeting will take place on Monday, 4 November 2019 at 7:00pm in Committee Room 2, City Hall (The Queen’s Walk, London SE1). A follow up Committee meeting will also take place in the future.

Members of the public are invited to attend – Media are welcome by prior arrangement

The meeting can also be viewed LIVE via webcast
