
£556.1 million of additional expenditure has been added to the Mayor’s 2022-23 Budget since the draft was issued for consultation in December last year.
Additional funding has been allocated to the Transport Reserve Fund (£322 million), tackling climate change (£90 million) and the Crossrail funding gap (£48.5 million) amongst other spending.
The Budget & Performance Committee will tomorrow discuss late changes to the final budget, along with changes to the London Assembly budget, the impact of the financial support agreement for TfL and the Mayor’s Capital Spending Plan for 2022/23.
