In numerous responses to my questions about TfL's Speed Compliance Tool data (cf. inter alia questions 2024/0206, 2023/4793, 2023/4111), you have maintained that TfL cannot publish this information for public scrutiny because it contains "known inaccuracies". However, in your response to question 2024/0980, you make it clear that no independent analysis verifying these 'inaccuracies' exists and in question 2024/0976 you reveal that TfL's Speed Compliance Tool “records when vehicles exceed the limit by 10 per cent + 2mph for over 10 seconds”. The data you provided in your response to question 2024/0970 showed that, during your Mayoralty, TfL records that nearly 3 people per month have been hit by buses at bus stations, about 1 of which is sent to hospital and about 1 per year has been killed. It is my understanding that bus stations are regulated to a much higher Health and Safety standard than roads: How do you reconcile TfL's chilling statistics with your Vision Zero Plan?

Following up on your responses to questions 2023/4721 and 2024/0221, I note the death of an 86--year-old female pedestrian who was hit by a Route 65 bus operated by RATP on 1 November 2023 was not included in the incident data you provided in your response to question 2024/0784 about the 54 people who'd been injured from bus crashes at bus stops from 5 May 2016 to 31 December 2023. Reports on social media imply that she was hit near or at a bus stop. Will you confirm my conclusion drawn from publicly-available evidence?

The 5 deaths of pedestrians from bus collisions in the first quarter of 2024 represented the highest number of bus collision deaths during any quarter since 2014 and brought the total number of people killed by bus crashes under your time as Mayor and TfL Chair to 61. TfL's 'Framework Bus Contract', which you attached in your response to question 2024/0791, is dated January 2016. In your helpful responses to questions 2024/0788 and 2024/0789, I was surprised to learn that both the ORR and RAIB decided not to investigate the 30 September 2022 serious injury incident at High Barnet Station on, respectively, 3 November 2022 (ORR) and 19 November 2022 (RAIB), months before TfL’s own investigation was submitted to both regulators in February 2023. Can you provide me with any communications between TfL and those regulators that might have convinced both regulators to decide to not to investigate the incident months before they had received any internal Investigation report from TfL?
