When LOCOG was established what provisions were made regarding the providing of public funds to them? Was any estimates made of how much public money would be required by LOCOG at that time?

OCOG has received £183m of public money, but are not covered by FOI as they are a private company. And regardless of their legal status they sit on the back of £billions of public money. Is it right that taxpayers do not know how their money is being spent, and an event overwhelmingly funded by them is being managed? What representations will you be making to address this democratic deficit?
