What assessment have you made of the reports by both the University of London Union and the Guardian that international students had to queue overnight in the rain, some missing their first few days of classes, in order to collect their police registration certificates? What recommendations are you making to the Met to ensure that this situation does not happen again?

We've been pressing to improve train frequencies at Sudbury & Harrow and other Stations (Chiltern Railways) in Brent. Now that the new Secretary of State for Transport has agreed to set up a new mechanism to give the Mayor of London a say in service levels for London suburban rail services would you be prepared to make our longstanding concerns about the poor frequency of trains one of your priorities for discussion with Ministers under this new system?

Given the sham of it's so called public consultation meeting for the new policing model in Harrow, what plans does MOPAC have to engage fully and properly? Or will it continue its censure and undermine of the HPCCG and leave Harrow in a state of vacuum - deprived of any forum for public engagement with police and hold police to account independently?
