In May you stated that you had asked TfL to make their cycle guides downloadable on the TfL website. Please explain why six months later they are still not downloadable?

In correspondence with constituents TfL have stated that "There is a safe alternative route for pedestrians and cyclists onto the north side of Nine Elms Lane." Could you confirm that this is the one way cycle path and therefore explain how Westbound cyclists should travel through the area?

The closure of a footpath has led to pedestrians being advised to cross Nine Elms Lane to continue their journey. Will you install a temporary dropped kerb to enable pedestrians in wheelchairs, using mobility aids or pushing buggies to cross Nine Elms Lane?

In your answer to MQ 2306/2012 you stated that TfL would complete its analysis of the revenue effects of the Olympics by the end of September. In your answer to Mayor's Question 2849/2012 you stated that this information will now be available 'before the end of the year'. Can you explain why this information has been delayed? Do you think this delay and broken promise upholds your claims to be an open and transparent Mayor?
