The TfL properties on Brownhill Road in Catford have been left empty for so long that they have fallen into a poor state of disrepair and a feasibility study has now shown that it would not be cost effective to bring them into short term use. Do you agree that this is an appalling waste of public money and that you have broken a promise made to Mike Tuffrey in MQ 0271/2012?
