As responsibility for delivery and monitoring of the grants to refurbish the Greenwich and Woolwich foot tunnels passed from the Home and Communities Agency to the Greater London Authority on the 1st April 2012 what steps have you taken to raise with Greenwich Council the concerns of pedestrians and cyclists over the uncompleted work to the foot tunnels?

It is my understanding that Transport for London aims to ensure pedestrians usually wait no more than 90 seconds at pedestrian crossing lights. How many signals involve a wait time for pedestrians of more than 90 seconds?

In your answer to Mayor's Question number 2095/2012 you stated: 'All traffic signal locations in London, including those on the TLRN, comply with DfT standards for crossing timings and therefore provide safe crossing periods for all road users, including older Londoners and those with disabilities'.
