In your answer to Mayor's Question number 2095/2012 you stated: 'All traffic signal locations in London, including those on the TLRN, comply with DfT standards for crossing timings and therefore provide safe crossing periods for all road users, including older Londoners and those with disabilities'. In TfL board papers of November 7th the Commissioner's report states: 'approximately 74 of London's 4630 signalised locations with pedestrian facilities do not meet the most recent DfT guidelines for the minimum amount of time for pedestrians to complete their crossing' Please apologise for misleading Londoners and publicly confirm the number of crossings that do...
