In February 2012 you stated [MQ 0463/2012] that 'no front counter will be closed until a new improved front counter has been opened'. In October 2012 you stated [MQ2822/2012] 'no front counter will close unless an equivalent or better facility for public access has been identified'. Can you assure me that new public access facilities will not only be identified, but they will be opened before you close any front counters?

In a presentation to MOPAC on 30 October the MPS proposed that Integrated Safer Neighbourhood Teams will be made up of an additional 2,000 Police Constables and 4,600 Specials but 891 fewer PCSOs. Does the figure of 891 fewer PCSOs include the -381 variance from the target strength (as of 7 Oct, MQ 2828/2012)?
