Last year the Government increased the size limits allowed for rear garden extensions and conservatories within permitted development rights. Originally these changes were introduced for a period of three years, however, only a year in, the Government now intends to make these changes permanent. Given your earlier concerns about the potential impact on local amenity, including the loss of garden land and on neighbours, will you condemn this proposal?
