Further to your partial answer to MQ2014/5108, can we assume that your Deputy Mayor's decision to halt the planned sale of properties in Raynesfield, Merton was only communicated to Crown Housing Ltd (now Crown Simmons Ltd) on 28 November 2014?

London Bridge Chaos

  • Reference: 2015/0078
  • Question by: Darren Johnson
  • Meeting date: 21 January 2015
While rebuilding a major railway station is undoubtedly a hugely complex logistical operation, do you really have confidence that Southern and Southeastern have been fulfilling their passengers' needs to the best of their ability given the chaos at London Bridge and the extremely poor services to and from the station over several months?

Quality of Freedom Pass cards

  • Reference: 2015/0077
  • Question by: Darren Johnson
  • Meeting date: 21 January 2015
Constituents have complained about the poor quality of freedom passes these days in that the cards are very thin and crack easily. Will you use your influence as Mayor to ensure a higher quality of material for the Freedom Pass as replacement places an un-necessary financial burden on users?

  • Question by: Darren Johnson
  • Meeting date: 21 January 2015
A constituent has asked, will you lobby HS2 Ltd. to modify its currently-announced Crossrail-to-the-West-Coast-Main-Line route, so that a grade-separated junction with the Greenford line, and space for 8-car platforms on the Dudding Hill line, both become possible?

  • Question by: Darren Johnson
  • Meeting date: 21 January 2015
A constituent has asked, will you lobby Network Rail to use the Midland Terrace site instead for a railway depot and staff car park, which would mean only infrequent road traffic along Midland Terrace, but still contribute towards public transport capacity in the area?

Old Oak Common (1)

  • Reference: 2015/0074
  • Question by: Darren Johnson
  • Meeting date: 21 January 2015
A constituent has asked, will you abandon a Midland Terrace station entrance, to avoid the quiet cul-de-sac filling with short-term-motorists, dropping off and collecting passengers for Crossrail and HS2?

Royal Parks at night

  • Reference: 2015/0073
  • Question by: Darren Johnson
  • Meeting date: 21 January 2015
Will you personally meet with the Royal Parks to convince them to keep Hyde Park open at night for cycling, so that key parts of the central cycling grid are accessible 24/7?

Empty homes reporting

  • Reference: 2015/0072
  • Question by: Darren Johnson
  • Meeting date: 21 January 2015
You currently report empty homes as a line in the tables published in your monthly affordable housing statistics. Will you continue this good practice in the 2015-18 funding round, whether or not there is a dedicated allocation of funding for this work?

Estate regeneration fund demolitions

  • Reference: 2015/0071
  • Question by: Darren Johnson
  • Meeting date: 21 January 2015
Further to your answer to question 2014/5023 I am aware that there will be a net increase in homes on the schemes. But you didn't answer the original question. Can you tell me, for each of the four projects, the number of existing homes that are expected to be demolished, broken down by tenure? Where the estate regeneration fund is only financing a phase, for which you gave new build figures in answer to question 2014/5022, please only cite demolitions connected with that phase.
