I have had many complaints about the W3 bus route, in particular that diversions and/or closures of bus stops are not adequately communicated to residents who are often left waiting in vain for a bus that doesn’t show up. Can TfL please increase effective communication to residents regarding any diversions or closing of bus stops (including at the bus stop themselves) on the W3 route and all routes?
