If Public safety is TFL/TPH number one concern will TFL/TPH set up an app for the purpose of Identifying a Taxi Driver or Private Hire Driver when the customer inputs a badge number into the app which will confirm if he/she is a licensed Taxi driver or PH Driver along with photo I.D. to reassure the public?

Will the Mayor pass a Cab Order that "If any Taxi or Private Hire operator has more than 250 drivers then the taxi or Private Hire operator mush supply 80% WAV to the public"?

The Taxi App Hailo at certain times of day charges a minimum Taxi Fare of £10 can the Mayor explain how this is allowed to happen when the metered Taxi fare can be less.

TPH/TFL has made plans for Taxi and PH Drivers to have medicals performed by TFL, force Taxi Drivers to accept credit/debit cards and an English test for PH Drivers. Can the Mayor explain what legislation gives him these powers to carry this out and would this same legislation allow him to cap the number of PH Divers licences issued?

Can the Mayor explain why there is a consultation for Taxi fares but none for buses or tube fares prior to them being increased?

Recently the Police have had a purge on motorist using mobile phones whist driving. Will the Mayor look into ways of making it safer for public, Taxi Driver and Private Higher Drivers by ensuring that these Taxi and Private Higher Apps are unable to despatch job offers if the Taxi or Private Higher Vehicle is moving in traffic
