The Operational Performance Report presented to the January 2017 Customer Service and Operational Performance Panel shows that there has been a 20% increase in year on year delays to London Underground. What are the reasons for this and what is LU doing to improve the situation?

The Finance Report to the February 2017 TfL board says, "LU headcount has reduced by 1,255 since the start of the year of which 580 FTE are due to leavers which are the result of the stations modernisation programme". What costs, if any, has LU incurred as a result of 580 FTE leaving, such as voluntary severance payments?

In December 2013 the former Mayor announced plans for an 80 mile (128.7km) Central London Grid for Cycling. In February 2017 the Commissioner Report to the TfL Board mentions "the core 85km Grid network". What has happened to the remaining 43.7km of the network?

Digital Railway Trial

Digital signalling could increase capacity on commuter trains by up to 40%, hence the investment of £450 million for trials over the coming years. The Department for Transport is currently considering where those trials should take place. Are you bidding for a trial to take place on the London Rail Network?

By next summer, all applicants for private hire driver licences will need to pass an advanced driving test prior to becoming licensed. This will also apply to existing private hire drivers as they review their licence. IAM RoadSmart runs the only advanced driving course that is accredited by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency. Will PHV drivers be expected to pass this particular course in order to be licenced? If not, then please list which companies TfL will be working with.

Has TFL done any study of the transport network, to see whether any groups within the London community are being disadvantaged disproportionately? For example North Peckham has a high population density, low PTAL, and a large BAME community.
