At the January 2017 Transport Committee meeting, Leon Daniels (Managing Director, Surface Transport, TfL) said, "Our excess waiting time figures are still extremely good, as good as ever, because we have added resource and we have taken measures to improve bus reliability, but the truth is that people no longer always arrive at the bus stop randomly. Now that real-time information is in their smartphones, instead of going to bus stops randomly and waiting randomly, they are using their phones. For example, if they are one minute from a bus stop at home, they will wait until it is two...

Can the Mayor inform us off the date/s of the impact assessment for persons who are wheelchair bound and uses Taxis to get to Bank Junction and supply a copy.

One of the highest accident rates at Bank Junction is for Buses and pedestrians should the buses not be banned from all streets passing through Bank Junction instead of other traffic that has less accidents.

The Mayor will be aware that London Taxis are 100% wheelchair assessable with the closures of all streets at Bank Junction to Taxis is this not saying to persons with disabilities you are not welcome.

Will a Taxi Diver be allowed to refuse a wheelchair person travelling to any street around Bank Junction, if not how can taxi drivers full fill their duty of care under the Equality Act 2010.

How can Taxi drivers full fill their duty to wheelchair bound persons under the Equality Act 2010 if their Taxi Vehicle is not permitted to enter any the streets around Bank Junction.

Can the Mayor explain why no impact assessment has been carried out on the loss off trade to both Taxis and PH Trade as a result of higher fares being charged as a result of the street closures and the congestion on other surrounding streets caused by the street closures at Bank Junction?

The Mayor will be aware that Bank Junction layout is proposed to be changed to allow only Buses and Cycles through its streets. Can the Mayor confirm In the last two year's how many times has the traffic lights been re-phased and what was the timing of the lights prior to the changes and afterwards and on what dates.

As Taxi Drivers are told what they can charge for a Taxi fare and told what vehicles they must drive and told how they take payment from customers. Are Taxi Drivers now workers of TFL.
