Further to the fourth inspection by Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire and Rescue Services (HMICFRS) which revealed that 89% of the 214 child protection cases it examined were either 'requiring improvement' or 'inadequate', please set out the action points and the timescale for their implementation to ensure the service improves to provide protection for vulnerable children?

Why was the Metropolitan Police unable to quickly trace the driver and are you satisfied with the call centre details operated by Uber late at night?

Overcrowding at Clapham Tube stations (2)

To address the growing levels of overcrowding at Clapham Common and Clapham North Tube stations, will you lobby for additional platforms at Clapham High Street to provide direct trains to Brixton which would also allow Brixton residents to access the London Overground at Clapham High Street?

TfL has stated that without Crossrail 2, Clapham Common and Clapham North Tube stations, which have narrow island platforms, will have to regularly introduce control measures to cope with rising passenger numbers. Considering the long period of time before Crossrail 2 is completed will you consider holding discussions with the Department for Transport over bringing Victoria peak trains to the adjacent overland station at Clapham High Street in the next Southeastern franchise?

Bus Operators Forum

In response to Question 2017/3862 you stated "TfL holds a Bus Operators Forum on a regular basis. The purpose of the Forum is to bring together its contracted bus operators to confidentially share relevant business issues and news. As a result, there are no terms of reference. There are also no minutes published as subjects can be commercially sensitive and relate to negotiations to deliver value for money to Londoners." Are you satisfied that such a lack of transparency about these meetings is appropriate considering TfL's role in regulating and enforcing standards in the bus industry?
