In your Transport Strategy, I acknowledge that you have set a target to cut total London traffic by 2041 but I am disappointed you have not set any interim targets. The Home Office announced on the 10th February 2018 that West Yorkshire Police will roll out an expanded scheme of mobile fingerprinting technology and stated that it is expected another 20 forces across the country will roll out the system by the end of the year. TfL bus service changes set out for the 9th February to the 23rd March 2018 highlight the reduced bus service from Canada Water to Hither Green which started on the 16th September 2017. What were the reasons why people were not notified about this reduction in service before it commenced?
