Your response to MQT 2019/0150 shows that the First Group/TfL Joint Safety Panel last met on 15 September 2017, which is also the same date Fatigue Audit IA 17 780 was published on a "restricted and confidential" basis to TfL executives, four of whom sat on the joint panel. In your response to MQT 2019/0150 you state "TfL is closely monitoring and supporting Tram Operations Limited’s (TOL’s) review and improvement of its management of fatigue risk and continues to work closely with TOL on the implementation of all the RAIB recommendations” yet your delayed response to MQT 2018/2995 shows that the First Group/TfL Joint Safety panel has not held a meeting since 15 September 2017. Please explain how is TfL closely monitoring and supporting First Group TOL Safety Performance?

Changes to bus routes 207 and 607

  • Reference: 2019/4023
  • Question by: Caroline Pidgeon
  • Meeting date: 25 February 2019
I understand that TfL is looking to introducing changes to bus routes 207 and 607 prior to the start of their new contracts in April 2019. As consultation has not yet commenced on these proposed changes how will it be possible for a full consultation to be publicised, undertaken and properly assessed before the start of April? Will TfL postpone these changes to provide an assurance to the public that its consultation process is robust?
