I understand that TfL has no plans to install platform edge doors at the new Nine Elms and Battersea London Underground stations on the grounds that they are not in use on the rest of the Northern Line. Is it not possible to install platform edge doors at specific stations along a London Underground line as is the case on the Jubilee Line?
