If and when you decide to reintroduce the ULEZ, given their vital role in facilitating deliveries and their efficient use of roadspace, would the Mayor consider excluding all motorcycles from paying the ULEZ charge for the foreseeable future?

In both your response to Question 2019/8958 (which was used to justify your responses to Question 2019/19759) and Question 2020/0082 you clearly state that “The post meeting note in the minutes of the 26 June 2017 Safety, Sustainability and Human Resources Panel was drafted prior to the audit report (IA 17 780) being issued.” A review of documents produced by TfL in November 2018 (FOI 1749-1819 https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/decision_to_insert_a_post_meetin…) clearly shows that the final draft of the post meeting note in the minutes of the 26 June 2017 SSHR Meeting was sent by TfL’s General Counsel on 19 September 2017, 5 days...

COVID-19 Risk Mitigation Actions put in place for TfL Employees in Q1 2020

Please provide me with copies of all documentation (executive orders, emails, handwritten notes) showing actions taken by TfL to protect its employees (eg. Revenue Inspectors) who worked on buses, trams and trains and related infrastructure from Covid-19.

Will you appoint an Independent Investigator to review the actions undertaken by TfL and its contractors to safeguard London’s Transport Workers from Covid-19?

TfL Modelling

TfL has stated ‘early modelling’ suggests there could be a ’10-fold increase in cycling and a 5-fold increase in walking’. That would mean that 20% of all journeys in London would be made by bicycle. Will the Mayor send me that modelling data?

My office has recently been in contact with TfL over the need to replace a bus shelter in Collier Row Lane. Will you confirm that this will be done as soon as possible once the unwinding of lockdown makes it feasible?

ZEC Taxis

As taxis are mandated by TfL to transition to being zero-emission capable, and given that about 3500 taxi drivers have already made that transition, what more can you do as Mayor to encourage the local authorities to include Taxis in their TfL-funded traffic modelling schemes?
