Camden SNB have received a letter from MOPAC informing them that there is a review of “discretionary” expenditure, and that they should not commit to any expenditure. It is 5 months into their financial year, and bad practice for a public body to approve a grant, send out an approval letter and agreement only to withdraw the offer of funding.
