The FN2030 project will also offer 2 youth-training programmes aimed at 16-19-year-olds who lack opportunity and may be marginalised. How many people will this aim to support? Will these young people be tracked into employment by the GLA or the organisers?

In the evaluation process, it also includes indicators to measure engagement and awareness of the programme amongst residents of the Neighbourhoods. Does this not sound like applicants asking their own networks if they are aware of their projects and would it not be better for an independent or GLA managed process to visit and check if residents are aware, akin to a vox-pop type activity?

The projects will deliver over 100 workshops and green skill qualifications in areas of disadvantage and inequality. How many have been delivered?

In the process of evaluation, costing £0.35 million, partners will be able to evaluate the environmental, social and economic impacts of their strategies/projects against the outcomes. Does this not sound like marking your own homework so to speak against a pre-determined list?
