The Transport for London (TfL) Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) F7526 A3, completed in September 2020 states: “The completion of a new DPIA by the (Metropolitan Police Service) MPS will be required on the subject of their extended access to surveillance cameras on London’s road network and any privacy implications associated with this.” Has a new DPIA been completed by the MPS?
