Delay to the Bakerloo Line extension

Following the statement by TfL’s Chief Financial Officer Simon Kilonback on the 10 March 2021 that “The Bakerloo line extension is something that we won’t see in the next decade”, does TfL have any plans to investigate other forms of public transport improvements to serve Southwark, Bromley and other residents in South East London, including tram schemes?

Enforcement of taxi-dedicated rapid charging points

A response to a recent Freedom of Information request to TfL (FOI-0429-2122 A) revealed that only 14 penalty charge notices were issued to vehicles improperly using taxi-dedicated rapid charging points between 03/03/2021 to 30/05/2021 Do you consider this level of enforcement sufficient to address the widespread problem of taxi-dedicated rapid charging points being misused?
