What steps are being taken to ensure that the long standing practice of people being able to use their Freedom Pass for vital trips, including hospital appointments, is finally restored?

Littering is an ever-present and increasing issue in many parts of London, particularly during the summer months when people spend more time outside and in public spaces. Littering does not only affect the aesthetics of our beautiful city, but also impacts on the creatures and wildlife that live here.
