In response to MQ 2021/2810 you said the next London Plan Annual Monitoring Report will be published later this year. It will cover data from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2020, meaning it will be published more than 18 months after the end of the data collection period. In your response to Enfield’s draft Local Plan, where you object to the loss of Green Belt land, you also say that this approach is “premature”. What do you mean by this, and will you rule out ever supporting the release of Green Belt land in Enfield or anywhere else in London?
