Can you provide details on: what TfL and the bus operators have done to implement this solution, including whether all bus drivers have undertaken the Certificate of Professional Competence training course, ‘Destination Zero’; and whether education packages have been extended beyond drivers and delivered to the majority of people within operators such as managers and shift schedulers?
